CNC Multi-Axis Machinist / Programmer - Salary to £38,000. Tewkesbury, GL20

RHA Recruitment Solutions is keen to speak to skilled CNC Engineer interested in working on complex precision components?

As a proven CNC Multi-Axis Machinist, you will join a supportive and innovative engineering team in Tewkesbury, as part of a high functioning engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with 3, 4, and 5-axis turning and mill/turn machinery, contributing to new product introductions and high-precision manufacturing projects.

Duties will include, but not limited to:-

• Set, operate, and programme CNC Turning and Mill/Turn machines (3, 4, and 5 Axis)

• Programme milling and turning jobs using Fanuc, Mazatrol, or Hypermill

• Work to tight tolerances on complex components and challenging materials

• Use manual measuring equipment and interpret engineering drawings accurately

• Prove out jobs and maintain high standards of quality and safety

What can you offer:-

• Engineering qualification (City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent)

• Experience with CNC turning/mill-turn machines and programming

• Understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling, and controls

• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles

• CMM inspection experience desirable

• Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude
