Junior Service / Calibration Engineers required, immediate start, based in Cheshire CW9. Starting salary to circa £25,000

Are you looking to kick‑start your electrical engineering career with a hands‑on, technically focused role where you can learn, grow, and make a real impact? We’re looking for motivated Junior Calibration Engineers to join an expanding team and support the delivery of high‑quality calibration services across a wide range of equipment and industries.

As a Junior Calibration Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced Engineers to carry out calibration, testing, and verification of measurement equipment. You’ll receive full training, ongoing development and the chance to build a strong foundation in metrology and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

• Assist in the calibration of electrical, mechanical, and dimensional equipment

• Follow established procedures to ensure accurate, traceable results

• Record calibration data clearly and accurately

• Support senior engineers with investigations and technical queries

• Maintain equipment, tools, and calibration environments to high standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation

You will be able to demonstrate:-

• A keen interest in engineering, measurement, or technical problem‑solving

• Relevant electrical or engineering qualification (or working towards) preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• The ability to hand solder would be a distinct advantage.
