Senior Risk Manager (Transportation/Infrastructure) United Arab Emirates - Excellent Financial Package

RHA Recruitment Solutions Ltd has partnered with a established consultancy who are working on a number of infrastructure projects, to aid the growth of community projects across a number of key sectors.

To help ongoing environmental strategies, we are keen to speak to experienced Risk Managers, who can offer robust advice and risk assurance with a focus on Capital Project Risk management.

As part of a dedicated team, you will consult on large scale infrastructure, transport and urban development programmes, from policy, institutional and capability development, strategic planning and strategic business case development, whilst also providing portfolio and programme management advisory services, to drive project delivery.

Based in Abu Dhabi, key responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

• Support Capital Projects clients with accountability and full accountability and full management of the risk management capability and services.

• Provide broader enterprise risk level management across a range projects.

• Delivery of qualitive and quantitative QSRA and QCRA and business risk assessments

• Support the implementation of programme risk management strategies and frameworks

• Contribute to the business profit through identification of business development opportunities

• Develop innovative value propositions, utilising your industry knowledge

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members

• Support bids for new work

• Facilitate project delivery by supporting client and stakeholder requirements

What you can offer:-

• You will ideally be educated to Degree level (or equivalent)

• 5+ yrs experience within the infrastructure sector, with specific experience in Risk Management

• Working knowledge of ISO31000, COSO, IRM and PMI

• Understanding of Programme and Project controls process

• Working knowledge of Risk Management Information systems and software
