(Maintenance) Labourer - Winsford with travel across Cheshire. £120+ per shift (neg dep upon experience)

Working on an ongoing contract, with sites based across the Cheshire county, you will carry out a range of duties, with the support of an existing team, to ensure any planned and reactive maintenance issues are resolved as quickly as possible and to minimise impact on the site.

Whilst some understanding of basic maintenance is preferred, a willingness to learn and develop these skills is essential, with the plan to progress to running the contract, which will include client liaison, preparing schedule of works and RAMS and possibly management of future staff members.

What you will need to offer, from day 1 is a hard working philosophy, an initiative approach, the willingness to work as part of, and support a team and a methodical attitude to work.

Whilst the starting salary is negotiable, there will be opportunities to increase your earnings as you develop skills and take on more responsibility.

Ideally you will hold a UK driving licence, or be on your way to achieving a licence.

This position is not for the faint hearted so if you are looking for a position where checking your phone every 5 mins is necessary, a tea break every 30 mins is required, or you're happy to stand and watch others work, this is not the job for you.
